Apple Crumble & Chia Overnight Oats
Ingredients:
Overnight Oats:
1 cup rolled oats
1 Granny Smith apple, grated
2 cups almond milk (or milk of choice)
½ cup Greek yogurt
¼ cup chia seeds
2 tsp pure maple syrup
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp ground ginger
Crumble Topping:
2 tbsp almond meal
2 tbsp rolled oats
½ tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp melted butter
