Hot Honey Salmon Bites with Rice & Cucumber:
Ingredients:
1 fillet of wild-caught salmon, skin removed, cut into bite-sized pieces
Drizzle of extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)
Juice of ½ lime
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp chili powder
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp onion powder
1 garlic clove, minced
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tsp honey
Method:
Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
