Made with only a few basic ingredients and easy to whip up in a few short minutes, you can add this to your weekly meal prep schedule! Rich in mood-boosting nutrients this treat will nourish your mind and satisfy all your cravings. Here is what makes it just so good:

70% Dark Chocolate - Rich in flavonoids, polyphenols, tryptophan, magnesium and theobromine. Some studies also suggest that the flavonoids in dark chocolate may have anxiolytic (anxiety-reducing) effects. Consuming dark chocolate may help alleviate mild anxiety and promote relaxation.

Mixed Raw Nuts -
Rich in good fats, protein, magnesium, vitamins and minerals, raw nuts are the ultimate mood-boosting snack. Nuts also provide a good source of energy, which can help alleviate feelings of fatigue and boost overall vitality, positively impacting mood.

Coconut -
Coconut oil is a rich source of medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs), which are easily absorbed by the body and quickly converted into energy. MCTs can provide a quick and sustained energy source for the brain, potentially enhancing cognitive function and mood.

1 cup mixed raw nuts, roughly chopped
2 cups shredded coconut, toasted in the oven

1 block of 70% dark chocolate

1 tsp coconut oil

1 pinch of pink salt

Method:

If your coconut isn't already toasted, start by toasting this in the oven for 10 minutes or until golden.
