Burger Ingredients

  • 1 Portobello mushroom

  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

  • Salt & pepper

  • Neutral oil to fry

For Assembly

  • Brioche bun

  • Lettuce

  • Tomato

  • Freshly sliced pineapple

  • Halloumi, gently fried

Mayo

  • 1 cup neutral oil

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tbsp mustard

  • Pinch of salt & black pepper

  • Optional: grated garlic

  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

Sweet Potato Fries

  • 1 sweet potato

  • Light spray of extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)

  • Salt & pepper

  • Bake at 200°C for 30-45 minutes, turning halfway through.
